Select a course, date and time, then enter each traveler's details.
Boarding Information
Arrive 30 minutes before departure and bring your passport.
Passengers without a passport will not be allowed to board.
Present your passport and Visit Busan Pass for verification.
Departures may be canceled due to weather or low passenger numbers — notification is sent by email at least 2 hours before departure.
Reservation & Usage Guide
- A fixed KRW 5,000 reservation deposit is paid online once per booking.
- The deposit is fully refunded after normal check-in or normal cancellation and is non-refundable for no-shows.
- A printed copy of your reservation confirmation can be used as the boarding declaration form.
- Due to high reservation volume, reservations may be canceled during the final verification process, even if the booking was initially completed.
- Every traveler's passport and Visit Busan Pass will be verified at the dock.

Yes, light rain will not affect departure. Cruises may be canceled due to weather conditions — email notice will be sent at least 2 hours before departure. Disposable raincoats are available at the dock.
